Membership subscriptions may be cancelled within 7 days of an on-line payment being made, in which case any fees paid using the on-line system will be refunded in full.
Notification of cancellation of the subscription should be directed by email to the BVDA Treasurer within 7 days of payment being made, preferably using the contact form accessed from this link. Refunds will not be made on cancellation of membership in other circumstances.
Notification of cancellation of Scientific Meeting fees should be directed to the President. 80% of fees are refundable until 3 weeks before theScientific Meeting, 50% from 3 -1 weeks before the Scientific Meetingand no fee (0%) will be refunded from 1 week before theScientific Meeting.
